Your Box Packaging secures the right to change the terms and conditions any time.

Copyright Notice

The content on the website is subject to copyright and cannot be republished anywhere without permission and lawful authorization from the sole proprietor.

Transactions and Payment Methods

Currency: All transactions and costs are specified in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Initiation: Printing jobs and services commence only after full payment, including charges, taxes, and postage fees, is received via an approved payment method, such as a Visa card.
Free Design Services: For the purpose of accessing the free design services, the customer is required to pay half of the total order amount.
Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels an order after design services are provided, a 30% deduction from the paid amount will be applied.
Proof Approval: Customers must approve the electronic file proof for printing products or other services before the order can proceed.
No Changes After Approval: Once the customer approves the proof and the order is sent to press, no changes can be made to artwork, job specifications, or turnaround time.
Cancellation Window: Customers have a 4-hour window after approving the proof to cancel the order. Cancelling within this timeframe incurs a $65 fee plus $25 or $35, depending on the production stage.
No Guarantee of Cancellation After 4 Hours: Orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled after the 4-hour window.
Late Cancellation: If an order is canceled after the 4-hour limit, a 95% charge of the total order amount is applied to cover printing costs.

Creation Speed, Shipping, and Conveyance

Production Commences: Printing begins after artwork approval, payment, and document review by our Prepress division.
Production Speed: Choose the production speed during order setup to determine the printing time.
Proof Approval Deadline: Proof approval must be received by 11 AM CST.
Shipping Delays: We're not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control, like bad weather, shipping company issues, or customs.
Technical Issues: Accelerated charges refunded for delays due to technical issues during printing.
Non-Cancellation: Orders can't be canceled due to production delays.
Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for customs duties and charges for international shipments.
Shipping Limitations: Free ground shipping within the USA to one location per order. Additional destinations incur extra charges.
Shipping Responsibility: We don't guarantee shipping times and aren't responsible for shipping-related damage or loss.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: Claims must be made after 20 days. Incorrect delivery addresses incur additional postage charges.

Evidence and Color Accuracy

Proof Confirmation: No action proceeds without your approval of the proof.
Client Responsibility: It's your duty to check and approve the proof within your account.
Delays: We're not liable for order delays caused by non-approval of the proof.
Proof Review: Review your proof carefully for errors in layout, text, color, and more.
Limitations: Electronic proofs may not show transparency, overprints, or exact color shifts.

Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content in the approved proof before the manufacturing.
Color Matching: We'll try to match colors closely, but exact matches are not guaranteed.
Hues may differ from those shown online. It all implies RGB images, too, majorly due to the different screen resolutions.
Variations: Printing limitations and ink requirements may lead to color variations.
No Liability: We're not liable for color-matching on-screen proofs. Printed proof incurs additional cost.
Percolating marks, overprinting, language and spelling mistakes, graphic punctuation, and contrast issues won��t hold YourBoxPackaging responsible.

The Liability of Customer Content

Some customers demand the printing of unique images on the boxes; we welcome all these requirements before submitting any content or picture; make sure it's not subject to a copyright claim. Before we proceed, we always check that content is not forged or duplicated. In case of any lawsuit or copyright issue, we are not responsible and will be held free from liability. You solely have to bear all the legal expenses.

Please Ensure That You Abide By These Terms and Conditions and refrain from:

Defamation and unlawful threatening and maligning or vulgar content
The lack of clarity on individuals' safety and security
Anything that covers up to be unlawful activity
Encouraging riots against the government
You do not solely own it
Infringement of copyrights and moral rights
Anything harmful or malicious, like viruses.

No Copyright Claims

Your Box Packaging is not liable for any copyright claims. Our staff can check through the designs submitted by you and counter-check for the following.

Apply the terms and conditions of our company
Respond to any accusation regarding copied content
Protect our rights and intellectual property.

We only hold information related to copyright for up to 20 days.

We Are Focused on Quality

Your Box Packaging stays affirmed to fulfill all your packaging requirements. We will provide high-grade materials. We can even give less or more than 3% of the quality demanded by you without any price adjustments. Any error or misinformation at your end will not make us accountable. We won't consider any such consequences and will not make any modifications. Once you place the order, we consider that you have read and reviewed it many times for any further issues.

Sampling and Prototyping

We can send you custom samples with desired dimensions and printing online, either in 3D prototyping or PSD, that displays how your box will look.
There is an option of getting a sample kit as well so you can check the material, and the custom sampling must be ordered before mass production. The physical sample can be ordered on demand; if you reject the sample without a valid reason and want your amount refunded, a 30% fee for the sampling will be charged from the advanced payment.
